Local writes about accessibility — what it looks like when it goes wrong, what it takes to get it right, and the tools that make the difference.

The posts here come from lived experience: dyslexia, screen reader use, and daily reliance on assistive technology. Systems are rarely built with them in mind. Building for the web means knowing firsthand what good and bad accessibility feels like, from both sides.

Some posts are practical: settings to change, formats to avoid, tools worth knowing about. Others are harder problems — patterns that keep appearing, issues that should have been fixed already.

This blog exists because there is still too much worth saying.
